New owners and the name is changing to Kirin. One thing that hasn’t changed is the best Chinese food in south Florida. We had hot and sour soup, lobster with ginger and scallions, Peking duck and beef chow fun. The dishes were all excellent. I hope the new owners are successful as I can’t wait to go back even though it’s a 22 mile drive from home. They don’t have their liquor license yet so bring your own for now.
This is a hidden gem of Chinese Food!!! The food is delicious and the service is awesome!!!
Delish Chinese food that the Chinese people eat! We were a small party so only had house special wonton soup, chicky chow fun & pork with broccoli. Chow fun always FUN & tonight with soft tasty chicken..Yum!! The pork dish loaded with broccoli. It is a pretty place, good for parties so we had my Mom’s 95th birthday party there with 40 people. The owner & staff were so attentive making it a grand success!! The food & restaurant itself are perfect for chowing down anytime!!
Kirin Restaurant serves extremely delicious and authentic food with amazing service. The quality and quantity are both good, and the prices are reasonable. Many dishes are available, including ribs that were fabulous and classic dishes that are better versions of the originals. The food tastes healthy and delicious, and even picky eaters approve without doubt. Lunch starts at 11.95. The restaurant fills the gap left by Silver Pond, offering an improvement with an extensive menu. A group of 5 tried several dishes, and all were excellent. Kirin is highly recommended for special occasions, including anniversaries, and offers the real thing for those seeking top-notch Asian cuisine.
