This place is a joke of bad bad service today Sunday I came from church ⛪ very hungry decided I am going to get some chicken my order was completely short oh I had the correct sale number but everything in my bag was wrong there was French fried I don’t eat French fries my biscuit missing my mash potatoes missing the chicken was all these big hunk no mix chicken, I am sorry if the money I spent. One thing for certain I will not go back and while waiting I saw customers coming in complaining about the wrong order.

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Had to walk in from drive through to have a mjaority of the order corrected. None of the workers had any common sense, order was missing fountain drink and half the sauces that were paid for. Customers are just yelling what they want from the back of the line being acknowledged before customers standing right in front of the counter. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, trash overflowing out of the cans, every table covered in grease or leftover food. Go to ANY other Popeyes but this one. Honestly quite scared to eat this meal I'm worried I might get food poisoning of some kind.

Late night service was Great!!

I ought to have read the reviews before coming to this location. I ordered through the app and when I arrived at the drive through the line was taking forever. They were taking and serving one order at a time, very slowly, to cheat their drive through service time. When it was finally my turn, the last in the drive through was very rude. My order was a three piece circle and the fried pickles. The chicken was dry and overcooked and the pickles were trash. Completely fried until you couldn't even tell that they had been pickles. No napkins. And based on the vibe, I know it would be wasted time to go back and try to have my order remade. This store is bad from the top down. At least management and down. But possibly even a bad owner. If you read this review I recommend a hard pass.

Why are we waiting so long in line?

Drive thru always slow, spend atleast 30mins in the drive thru, I hate coming to this Popeyes, only reason I come here because it’s like 3mins from my place but other than that drive thru so slow, a snail faster than this drive thru & chicken be uncook still can taste the flour & see it smh

Went in to dine in. First off the floor jad fries speaded around behind the counter smashed and floor greasy. Serving station was trashy. A few apple pie boxes inside the tray where chicken was and orders being filled while trying to pick chicken men the boxes around basket. Had 2 orders of 5 dollar spicy chicken, and fried pickles. Chicken was hard and semi dry as if it was fried to long and pickels were not fresh. Manager comes out complaining to many people on line while there was only one cashier seems to be working drive-thru and front. Manager comes in from back with no communication and act as if she really didn't want to be there. We waited between 10 to 15 minutes for fresh spicy and when asked spicy was just going down. Then the Mananger was like therw are only 2 fryers. It wouldn't have been so bad had she communicated that so as a customer, there would be some understanding. I urge customers to point out these thing and stop just accepting it. The manager needs either more training or supervision. This is my favorite chicken besides home cooked. Hope in the future if I visit there is a change in operation. The cashier was good but it made her service look bad over all because she was trying to serve, answer questions, keep up with food. Also the cashier has no buisness reaching over chicken to get chicken from the back basket in which the cook or manager should have placed the chicken, so it more convenient for the front counter servers
