Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Every time I go to this Popeyes is somebody here with a terrible attitude or my food is burnt . I decided to take my kids to Popeyes today and my son went into Popeyes to order some food and he said He couldn’t even order his food because of a rude cashier *light skinned girl with green eyes … so I went in to order food for my kids, and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me BEING a front counter cashier, You shouldn’t have a problem with anyone you should be working on trying to become a manager or getting A better job position instead, you choose to work in a restaurant where you have a nasty attitude with people and deal with people food. This is the nastiest location Popeyes that I have ever been to and they need to do better. I stay down the street from them and I always come to this Popeyes is no reason why I should be coming to Popeye spending over $50 And I don’t get excellent service.👌🏾👌🏾⏰

Great food, rude, bad attitudes from employees. They don’t want to be here and it obvious. I never have seen the napkins, salt and pepper condiments stocked at the counters. It’s like a third world country. Note to the bad attitude employees - quite,
I’m paying you, you’re not paying me to order.

Nice and pretty I love that hair. I just really love it because I just got my hair done and I want to be just like that you guys let us do our job let’s do a girls and boys sometimes bestest bestest by.

Absolutely no good customer service. In the line 1 hour only to hear they are closed and they don't care. Absolutely infuriating

There were more people and not enough crew with hands to offer service. I waiting in line for 30 mins inside after placing my order. The wait was long but the food was good.

I didn't get the chance to order anything from this particular establishment, 3499 W Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderdale Lakes, FL. I walked out, left because of the horrible customer service, I guess I must have been invisible. On June 08, 2025 at around 9 pm, I and another gentlemen stood in line for 10 minutes, there was no greeting and there was no acknowledgement, for 10 minutes!! Everyone was catering to the drive thru and online orders, while real humans stood before their faces, patiently waiting. What a complete disrespect of another human and their time!! The manager came to the cashier desk several times, putting money in a vault and taking drive thru orders through her headset and not once did she look up to acknowledge us, not once. The most horrible customer service I have ever seen and I been in the customer service industry for over 30 years. The manager needs training, because the employees is going to display the actions of the manager. Thumbs down on this establishment when it comes to customer service. Popeyes, lost my business and what could have been a loyal customer. Train your employees corporate.

This place stays busy. There were long lines the last few times l visited. They aren't long though. They move their drive through line pretty fast every time that I've visited. With 8 or more cars in front of me, it was always worth it. The food was fresh. It was what l asked for. And the person's taking my order & at the window have always been super nice! Even funny sometimes. I'd recommend this restaurant every time.

Last night I came stood in line 30 minutes the cashier (red big lady)I don’t know she must be new but she’s very rude I ordered a family meal and told her the code she instantly says oh I have to actually see the code but if I’m telling you the code, obviously I see the code so just put the code in and stop making a big deal about it I already waited 30 minutes to even get noticed seems as if she was looking for a problem very unprofessional and her personal hygiene looks off gonna stop spending my money here the chicken she gave was dried out felt she done that on purpose don’t waste your time at this location run far away
