I visited the Chipotle at 5435 North University Dr, Lauderhill, FL 33351 on February 9 around 7:30 PM, and I just have to say the manager on duty was absolutely amazing.

I was fresh out of the hospital and in a lot of pain. Standing was hard, and I couldn’t eat anything too spicy in my current condition. Even though they were out of the pork I usually get, she didn’t just brush me off or say “we’re out.” She showed real compassion. She had me sit down,...

The last time I came to this location they were out of chicken. It’s been a couple of years so I decided to try them out since they’re the closest location to my house. Thankfully they had chicken. Unfortunately I requested the vinegar dressing and it clearly has been diluted with water. It tastes horrible.

The staff could be a little more friendly or at least care that you are there to spend money and not goofing around with each other. The food is great and I hope they bring the brisket back (my favorite). Line moves OK but would be faster if the above mentioned was not happening.
