The staff could be a little more friendly or at least care that you are there to spend money and not goofing around with each other. The food is great and I hope they bring the brisket back (my favorite). Line moves OK but would be faster if the above mentioned was not happening.

2025 Edit - this location is deteriorating fast. I stopped ordering in advance due to SLOW preparation time, so now I go in at least once a week.

No matter how long the line is, the staff will play around and chitchat in your face with no concern for your time. There are lots of visibly cross-contaminated food items and the chips are always stale.

If you have time to go to a different location, you should do that.

I come here often but today makes me feel I should start taking the extra drive to a new location. Everything tasted different today from the rice, to the chicken, the tomatoes was mushy & a large bag of chips all stale. & I ordered two
