“I would like to say a big thank you to Naquavia adams she was wonderful her customer service was outrageous I’m a frequent customer at this location for almost 10 years and she was the best encounter I’ve had at this location. She was very nice and patient she kept a smile which I appreciated very much I pray she can grow at this location. she’s the definition of customer service representative. I would like for recognize Naquavia adams for her excellence.“

“This review is not for the store itself because well as you can see from the other reviews the stars speak for themselves. However, my 5🌟 is for an associate named Mya (pink hair).
I have to take a minute to write this review about the exceptional service given to me at the drive thru from Mya. I hope I spelled her name right but she has pink hair if that helps. I normally order on the app because its just more convenient for me. I pull up to the drive thru and she immediately greets me with welcome to McDonalds will you be using your mobile app today. Thats how I knew instantly her customer service was excellent as I frequent this McDonalds every week and normally you wait 8 minutes just to get told wait one second. Anyway back to Mya. I gave her my code and name. She quickly located my order and then asked did I need anything else!! I had to look around to make sure I was at the right McDonalds!! I no thanked her and drove up. When I reached the window she greeted me again and printed out my receipt. I had to give her her flowers immediately and praise her outstanding service. I told her I would be writing a review and here I am. Thank you Mya (pink hair) for making me re-believe that people still have exceptional customer service skills and no matter the position, professionalism is a value that remains true. Kudos to you and great work!“
