It was the first time Starbucks had gotten my name right without having to spell it out to them, albeit I did use the app. I've had the app and have created an account since 2019/2020, but it was the first time paying through the app. The employee at the register was very kind and allowed me to use the BOGO for today (Thurs, March 21, 2024) even though I've never used the app to pay for items. You can only get the BOGO if you've purchased via the app before.The hazelnut oat milk expresso coffee along with the passionfruit pineapple drink was delicious. It was quick to order and pick up by walking in the store.

I love the fact that this location has options that other locations may not have when it comes to drinks. I love the customer service of the workers. However, I completely HATE the long lines in drive-thru! You're literally in line for more than 10 mins at a time. The location of where it's at on the corner of Commercial Blvd and University is a no no because the traffic flow and sharing a space with the new apts being built makes it a tight squeeze in the drive thru line. I thought drive thru is supposed to be quicker than walk in but the walk in go in and come out quicker than the drive thru. That's my only con to this location ! Out of 5 stars overall I give it a 3.5 only because I prefer the convenience and efficiency of things !
