I love the fact that this location has options that other locations may not have when it comes to drinks. I love the customer service of the workers. However, I completely HATE the long lines in drive-thru! You're literally in line for more than 10 mins at a time. The location of where it's at on the corner of Commercial Blvd and University is a no no because the traffic flow and sharing a space with the new apts being built makes it a tight squeeze in the drive thru line. As a corporate coffee shop manager myself, I was pleased by the welcoming staff, the moment I entered the doors. There was 6-7 customers in line who were being serviced with speed, but not feeling rushed. As I wandered around the store after I ordered my drink, I enjoyed the holiday theme decor, but the highlight was yet to come.
