I PURCHASED A LARGE FRY CHICKEN WITH OXTAIL GRAVY. LOTS AND LOTS OF RICE WITH SOME SHREDDED LETTUCE AND CARROTS, BUT FOR THE FRY CHICKEN!!!! IT WAS DEFINITELY A DAY OR 2 OLD AND THEN THEY RE-FRIED IT DRY AND DISGUSTING AS FOR THE GRAVY ABOUT 2 TBSP AND FOR $17+ VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED DUTCH POT. UNIVERSITY AND COMMERCIAL BLVD.
Always a great experience at this spot, but I especially want to highlight the drive-thru service. Crystal was so kind and welcoming—she really went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, even during a busy time. It’s refreshing to see that kind of warmth and genuine customer care. Thank you, Crystal, for making the visit memorable!

What happened Dutch Pot? Today was a complete waste of my time and money. The meat tasted like it burned and quality control said send it out anyway. No. So disappointed. You guys have one more chance with me before I completely switch to another Jamaican restaurant.
