This Chipotle is always severely understaffed and the overall quality suffers greatly because of it. Food is hit or miss; usually miss. Last order was dry, chicken was burned and the sour cream had pieces of all the surrounding food mixed in. They put absolutely no care into this location and it’s only a matter of time before it closes. Not to mention, the place is always extremely dirty and disgusting. Today’s order was 25 minutes late and will be the last time I order from here.

I usually love Chipotle…I walked in to get my order that was $68…after they called me 3 times to tell me they were out of sour cream and the drinks we ordered…the place was disgusting…there was trash everywhere and it looked like it aint been cleaned all day. I get to the counter to get my order and the guy looked stoned out of his mind. He handed me the wrong order first and then brought me my order. He didn’t have the replacement drinks they were supposed to have. Get all the way home with the food and the replacement guacamole wasn’t in the bag, the red chimichuri wasn’t in the bag, and they didn’t put guacamole in my burrito bowl. The quesadilla my daughter order wasn’t right barely anything in it. For $68 for 4, this was ridiculous. The kids working didn’t care and it showed.

Food was way, way too salty. Their meals are a recipe for high blood pressure and heart disease. Atmosphere is loud and industrial. Trash cans were full and some tables were wiped but with very wet cloths that left dried-on residue. Manager was very nice though. It turns out you can request beans and rice with no salt. Chipotle - take the hint: stop poisoning us with mounds of salt!

Used to be better back when it opened, but now the food is usually old and dry, and the tables are almost always dirty. If I go in person the portions are fine, but if you get delivery from doordash or anywhere else they'll *always* short you on things or leave out meat entirely. It's hard to justify going here when five guys is right next door.

Literally every one of their proteins are over spiced! There isn't a mild option on the menu! I've been to Chipotles all over the southeast and this one by far is the worst! Whoever manages or preps it obviously puts their personal preference over following the actual recipes! This is also the lowest rating I've ever seen a chipotle have! 2.5 stars?! That's an absolute laughable score! Their franchise should be pulled or sold to someone competent!
Tries again after 8months. Nothing has changed, still the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The service was friendly, however the girl preparing my food was out of certain meats asking where the cook was and no one had an answer, manager was nowhere to be seen. I’m still waiting to hear from the owner but obviously he doesn’t give a damn about what his name is on
I was standing in line lots of people so my food sits there cold one person cashes you out then you got the girl with the dirty looks that packs food then you got the girl that adds cheese sour cream somebody should have helped her instead of give her dirty looks that's what got me mad and I had to walk out so needless to say I never got my food I was not happy with that one girl standing there.

Went there yesterday around 7pm they barely had anything fresh pit meat looked old and dry and they have no issues serving it one worker which I believe was the leader was telling another employee that they were going to leave what was there and make no more crazy they still had 3 hours left yet they were going to say they were all out once finished I ordered two bowls and the one serving me gave me three to four pieces of carne asada I actually had to tell him how that could be he answered we don’t have much left well once we got home to eat it was horrible because the rice was hard not cooked through this was by far the worst experience ever going to chipotle and they’re prices do not justify the quality or service.
