It's a breathe of fresh air coming in here and having such a friendly staff. Always greet you with a smile and so polite. Food is great and the frozen custard is da bomb.

Tried Culver's for the 1st time at this location a few days ago. Their Mushroom Swiss burger is really good. They saute the mushrooms in butter and it really makes the burger stand out from other mushroom burgers that I've had. The shrimp is fried but its ok. They also serve coke products so if you are a fan, check them out.

I visited your Culver's location on December 20, 2025, and ordered a salted caramel brownie sundae with extra nuts and whipped cream, along with other items. While I appreciate the potential of your premium ingredients, I must highlight several persistent and unacceptable issues that have eroded my trust in your establishment. First, the sundaes are routinely undermined by shockingly small portions of frozen custard—barely three to four teaspoons in my brownie sundae, resulting in a topping-heavy mess rather than a balanced treat. This problem extends to other premium items like banana splits on previous visits, where the custard is dwarfed even by a child's standard scoop. It's frustratingly consistent and defeats the purpose of paying a premium price. Order accuracy is another glaring shortfall. Items frequently arrive incorrect, and even when fulfilled properly, the insufficient custard persists, delivering an underwhelming product time after time. Despite raising these concerns directly with staff, through unreturned guest relations calls, and via online reviews, I've encountered a disappointing lack of meaningful response or resolution. Automated requests for more details feel dismissive and fail to address the root problems. On the topic of waste, the unnecessary application of plastic dome lids is not only irritating but blatantly inefficient. Tonight, a lid was placed on my sundae solely for a 15-second microwave of the brownie, then removed and discarded onto my tray as trash. My daughter's plain scoop received the same unrequested lid. How many lids are wasted daily on such trivial steps? This practice adds clutter, drives up costs, and contributes to your high prices without any customer benefit—eliminate it unless specifically asked. Compounding these issues, recent burgers have arrived barely warm, further diminishing the meal's quality. At your premium pricing, such lapses in temperature control, portion standards, and basic service are simply inexcusable and make continued visits hard to justify. I remain a fan of Culver's concept but urge immediate action through enhanced training, consistent portions, waste reduction, and proactive customer follow-up. A direct response outlining steps for improvement would go a long way toward rebuilding my confidence. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

Early lunch around 11:30. Not very busy and food came out quickly. Clean and we'll stocked. Exactly what we expected.

Was kinda disappointed tonight. First offthey got rid of the pot roast meal so tonight I ordered the roast beef sandwich, and a side of gravy and mash potatoes.
The potatoes look like a water down mess with chicken gravy neither tasted like it used too , and the graver for the roast beet was chicken gravy that made the dried out pot roast worse. Culver's is a great place fresh food nice people,
Please don't become just another fast food joint and don't care what you serve, keep the pride you were founded on, if you're going to serve beef have brown gravy, there's a lot of people who like gravy fries too. I bought two meals one for my sister and brother in law they are what they could tried to give the test to the dog (this dog will eat anything) he sniffed the food and went and laid down not interested in it whatsoever. So they threw half of the food into the trash. My sister works 13 hours a day. As an RN she has a small lunch and today she wanted Culver's 10 miles from her house she said never ever again. Remember quality is better than quantity even if it slows you down a little people will still come they may it takes a minute for the food but worth the wait. Anyways it looks like we won't be dining there anytome soon.
