Had to get a frozen Macha reasonably priced service was ok. They didn't tell me until after they took the order it would be a bit cause computers were updating. That seems to happen daily and causes an inconvenience to people

This is the ONLY Dunkin I will go to in this county. Lecanto has the best staff, and everything is fresh!! Orders are always correct. I love that donuts are in the case (fully covered) and not sitting out in wide open bins! All of the Homosassa locations have issues with flies and stale donuts because of the open-air bins, not a fan.

Crystal River Dunkin is my go to coffee shop! Very rarely do I have an issue with anything I order. When I do, the staff is always friendly about it and fix anything that is wrong. The staff know their regular customers by name and are always bubbly and friendly!

Went in last night to get doughnuts. The woman wouldn't even turn around to acknowledge us. We were getting doughnuts, waited about 5 minutes and she never said a word to us. I felt bad for the kid getting a coffee she was rude to him and slamming the doors on the machines and stuff. Won't be back. We got doughnuts at lecanto Walmart instead. She needs a new job cause dang!
