Was a tad slow even though I was only customer waiting al they got my order right and I was really happy about that because that doesn’t always happen.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten, dairy, bacon, tomatoes, sensitive along with all the other foods that seniors tend to have to avoid. I can eat the veggie omelette bites and the sourdough sausage sandwich but there’s nothing else at Dunkin that I can eat and not have digestive issues.
I ordered mixed donut holes and got all the same...jelly stuffed. My students were very disappointed. Went back again...same deal. Not happy with drive through service. I even tipped them both times before checking order.

Rachael is, hands down, the best coffee maker in Citrus County. I buy Dunkin almost daily and I try to go to this Dunkin only and when Rachael is working because no one can ever make my basic coffee correct especially after your coffee recipe change, which please stop doing. ? she deserves a shout out. She’s always very pleasant. I would be sad if she ever left.

I have lost so many rewards points at this Dunkin Donuts. Every time I have used the app to order here. I either get hot coffee instead of cold or I get a song and dance about how they are having some computer glitch and my rewards (though scanned and taken off from my rewards) did not take off from the total of the purchase. The Dunkin in Crystal River never seems to have this issue and neither does the one in Brooksville on 41. I know this review will fall on deaf ears but had to post it.
