I Went through the line mind you there was only 2 other cars there with me initially when we got our food the first time they missed our spoons no big deal honestly I tried to go inside but it was about 11ish when I came through and when I walked in I was told before I could ask for anything that the inside was closed which I found funny considering a minor who was working and about 5 of her friends were right by the front where you’d order but the lobby was so called closed a bit rude but none the less I asked for my spoons and received them and went back outside to leave I got about a 1/4 mile away and realized they had not given me my fries I paid for so I turned around and was greeted by a very rude elder employee I tried to talk at the main window but was told they were slow go to the window where you receive your food she angrily came over after about 5 minutes and asked what wrong to which I replied I never received the fries she didn’t ask what size and walked of to get them she promptly returned with a small when I paid for a large size when I tried to state that she brought me the wrong size she got mad and told me she’d bring them around front at which this point I was beyond over it and just asked for my fries to which I got them but when i received and drove off I was pick out the bag as a normal person does until they get home to eat and I would have to pull out a piece of hair every so often initially I thought it was mine as I do have longer hair for a male still a bit of as I don’t usually have it happen all that much but when I got home and realized it in fact was not mine that’s when I became absolutely outraged how do you mange to get multiple pieces of hair in someone’s fries I have natural light brown and highlighted hair from being in the sun quite a bit I do have photos and I am trying to actively get them posted I do think everyone should be aware

Quick service and friendly staff. The app has a .50 double cheeseburger deal for this week's special. The drive thru wait time was less than 5 minutes.

I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget before work last night and and idk if they thought it would be funny to give me 3 raw and undercooked chicken nuggets you mad cuz you almost got 10$ from me till I used the app! Disgusting I lost my appetite threw the whole thing away needless to say I won’t order nuggets from here again

Had to wait 20 minutes.
This store needs new management.
Always a issue!
The kid on the counter was awesome, not his fault I'm sure.

I adore their French fries and sweet tea !! And the simple cheese burgers. But they have taken things off the menu that we all loved! Their Fried apple pies ! Southern style chicken sandwich!. Or the different sizes of a Big Mac. That's why I gave it a 3. I also gave the service a 3. They always seem like they hate their jobs. It comes out in their food.

Kid-friendliness: Yes ,it's kid friendly. We grew up with McDonald's cheese burgers and fries. This is the first childhood memory I have getting food at a restaurant.

DON'T SHOP HERE. Robots can't come soon enough, maybe they'll actually do things right. Employees are soulless. You say hello and they just ignore you. Customer service is pathetic. They get your order wrong and they act like it's your fault. Employees mope around like they're forced to work there. With all the new options popping up you'd think they'd actually try to win over customers... so sad...

Im tech challenged and used the kiosk for the 1st time today. I screwed it up and didn't get the breakfast I wanted. Kristen, one of the Managers, was such a gem and when I questioned my order, and realized my mistake, she brought me over an order of pancakes within minutes!
Certainly was not necessary as it was my error to begin with. Totally unexpected but I was so impressed with her guest service! It was pretty busy so I certainly didn't expect her to be so kind.
Kuddos to her. I'm a Manager myself, running a large restaurant, and I would be proud to have Kirsten work for me!!
