I'm a doordasher.It took over ten minutes, which put me eight minutes past my pickup time to just get one plate for my customer.It is absolutely ridiculous that you people only have one person working the line.This is out of control.You need to call doordash and tell them you can't handle it.

Well the food is always good here but beware, went there today and there was a grown man with make up and dressed as a woman working the register. Don’t want to have to explain this crap to my kid so I won’t be back. Was going about twice a week the hot orange chicken was awesome.
food wasn't as fresh as I would have liked, the service was acceptable. And the food had good taste.

I have gone to different Pandas Express and I have to say this one is my favorite!!! I went today Sept 24 th the drive through was packed and there was people inside. I made mistake on my order and Jamie C and Cailin were very patient with me I have to say they went above and beyond to help me!!!! I was going to wait till tomorrow to put this review but they were so nice and helpful that I couldn't wait 😀!!!! Will definitely be going here again.

I placed an order through the Panda Express app, which outsources delivery to DoorDash. My order arrived completely wrong with just one item in the bag, and it wasn’t even what I ordered. There was no receipt and no way to verify anything. I had already paid for delivery and tipped the driver.
Justine, the store manager, was professional, patient, and helpful. She refunded the entrée and handled my frustration with calm and respect. She did what she could, and I genuinely appreciate her effort.
But the larger issue is this: Panda Express has the brand, platform, and customer base to deliver excellent service. By outsourcing delivery to DoorDash without any real accountability or resolution power, they are limiting that potential. When something goes wrong, the customer is left stuck between two companies, neither of which takes full responsibility.
Panda should empower their store teams to fully resolve customer issues, including those involving delivery mistakes. They should also rethink the use of third-party services that weaken the customer experience. This could have been a moment of service excellence, but the system didn’t allow it.

Horrible customer service. An employee named Alyssa always has a bad attitude, and doesn't smile. Tonight in front of my family, she called me 'hun' and 'babe' when processing my order. She also refused to take my drink order until after she rang up my food. Incorrect orders, items not available, and bad service means we won't be returning to this location.

Today at Panda Express, I had the pleasure of discovering great leadership in action. I believe her name was Hannah, and it is clear she leads by example. She isn’t afraid to dive in and do the work right alongside her team, and her style leaves them feeling both respected and heard.
Because of that, the entire staff works together seamlessly—fast, efficient, and effective.
Leaving only five stars because ten isn’t an option.
