I visited your location today during my lunch hour to place a food order. While I was there, two customers ordered a total of 14 meals while the line extended out the door. Many patrons, myself included, were on limited lunch breaks.
For large orders of this size, it would be helpful if they were placed in advance or handled separately so other customers can continue moving through the line. Allowing such orders to be processed in full at the counter caused the line to back up by more than 20 people and significantly delayed service.
I wanted to share this feedback in the interest of improving the customer experience, especially during peak lunch hours.

I got the shrimp and steak bowl, little to no shrimp in it but it was great. I recommend eating in since the portions differ from takeout

This location sucks. Don't waste your time. Very disappointed. The entrees were dry- no sauce, gravy, juice whatever you want to call it. Ordered 3 different entrees-all 3 were dry. When I asked about getting a lil extra sauce, I was told they don't do that. Gee at the Ocala location, I've never had to ask because their entrees have sauce with their bowls. This franchise sucks!! I will not be back and I suggest you drive to Ocala if you want eatable food.

The service rendered by Jamie was excellent this evening. She is so kind and was attentive to my order and absolutely one of the most outstanding and positive servers I have ever had at the Lecanto Panda Express. I also observed her doing a very thorough job of wiping down the tables, and being kind and positive with other customers. She was so excellent I assumed she was the manager. She should be a manager!
My only complaint would be the volume of the music being too loud -- therefore only 3 stars for the Atmosphere.

It's a shame that I have to give you one star because I love Panda Express, as I was walking in I saw a cook coming from the back room touching her face. I brought it up to the manager the manager told her to wash your hands. The lady then proceeded to say she didn't touch her face and continue cooking, the manager did nothing about it. I walked out. Don't eat here as they don't follow proper food handling procedures

I should of known better. I gave this location to try again. My beef with broccoli was just a pile of mushy broccoli.
