Went to get a bagel lightly toasted.. it was burnt and had air holes in it. Went to get coffee there was no coffee or creamer. Told Management about it.. he didn’t seem to care. Ask the girl at the register for a refund for no coffee..she was very nice and apologetic.

Clean restaurant, friendly employees, tasty food, self-service fountain drinks, pastries for dessert or takeout / take-home for later.
Through the app you can customize your sandwiches and drinks if you have an allergy. Panera takes it seriously. They wipe down their stations and change their gloves when touching your order. I also received a sticker on my food to let me know they took precaution.
Vegetarian options: There is a whole option on their menu that is vegetarian.

I haven’t actually stepped foot in this new location yet, but I ordered it on DoorDash today. Got the half sandwich with soup. The smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich was AWESOME. The potato soup was a little underwhelming, however it was still hot after traveling from lecanto to crystal river. Overall good food. Glad to have a Panera in the area now.

Just finished dining at Panera Bread, Lecanto, FL. So disappointing! My partner had the French Onion soup; tasty & hot. I had the Rustic Potato soup; barely warm. Potato chunks were not even warm in the center. I did go up & request that they throw it in the microwave, however was informed that they couldn’t take food back. The cashier did offer to get me another cup, however I did decline. My expectations for restaurants must be extremely high as I expect cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff, hot foods served hot & cold foods served cold. The dining area was clean, the cashier was friendly, only complaint was food temps.
