Food was great. Staff was polite. Couple of problems though. We got our food through the drive-thru and we noticed that the cashier handled the food with the same gloves that he handled cash with. Extremely unsanitary. Also, there was one male employee with long hair that wasn't tied up and a long beard without a net. They should be trained better than that

Not recommended! The Inverness location is much much better. This location is like a school cafeteria. We like to go to the Inverness location, it's comfortable, homely and very inviting. This location on Lecanto highway is like going out to lunch at a school cafeteria. It's a big open room with lots of bright lights. The portions of food we get at this location is smaller than the portions we get at the other location. The best part of this location is the cashier that helped us. Her name is Kathy and she is super helpful, very very nice and just a darn good person. She is the only reason we will be coming back to this location. We didn't meet anybody else, they seem nice as well but Cathy is super nice, elderly and works her butt off! She deserves a raise and a free meal! Thank you Kathy for making our experience much better.

I'm not a Panera fan by any means, BUT needed a coffee...just a coffee, however, the minute I saw their pastry selection, heck, one little treat won't hurt😁 Tried a cherry one AND IT WAS DELICIOUS...and really liked they're Hazelnut coffee. I actually, decided to sit in there for a minute and enjoy my danish and coffee - very clean place, not a bad stop at all👍👍👍

I went to this location at 8:15 am yesterday for a simple order of four cinnamon raisin bagels. They had none. Corporate orders take precedence over individual patrons who come here for a reason, yet we are shut out of being able to obtain bagels on a consistent basis. This is an area-wide pattern and one of the last reasons I patronize Panera. Why should I waste my time?

megan was so sweet to me! as a single mom with an almost one year old i never go inside anywhere😅 megan saw i was struggling and helped me get my food, highchair, and clean up. not only that but she was cleaning the establishment and checking on not only us but every customer there! i really enjoyed my experience today mostly thanks to her :)

Ordered 2 different orders thru the drive thru. Went to pay and they had added them together. Then I opened my bag and even tho I ordered and paid for a whole sandwich i only got half. Now im even more irritated because the drive thru took a long time and now I have to walk in and get inline again and wait yet again. They fixed however they should have gotten it right the first time. Its not like we had complicated orders or a bunch of them No special requests like no this or no that. Just straight up 2 orders. Rising cost also means worse service I guess !

Panera is always good but I fear this store is either severely understaffed or something is going on in there. I have to wait in the drive through at least 15 mins every time, consistently, even if I’m the only one in line.
Please staff them better or help them figure out what’s going on. :(

The entire time I was waiting in line, there was a fly walking on the pecan braids. Luckily I was getting a baguette, which is wrapped. I did let the clerk know about the fly. I will not go there again. I also found the French baguette to be tough.
