At about 10:20, Nov 14 I pulled up to the window for a drink. There was a new associate working at the window. I messed up my payment and had to fix my card then drive back around. When I got back to pay the associate and I'm assuming shift manager had allready taken care of the drink for me and told Me not to worry about it.
What a wonderful surprise. The woman (I think manager) and new associate at the window were very friendly and professional. I was dumbfounded at the courtesy and awesome personality of them both. Please give them a pay increase as this kind of service is rare nowadays!

Am not a big coffee person, but the Chai latte was pretty good. It's clean and very spacious which is cool to study or just to chill down for a bit and socialize with a couple of friends. Wifi may not be fast but sure does work. The staff was chill, I didn't socialize too much with them because they seem pretty busy.

Just watch at this location where they may try to overcharge you for things like just a little extra half & half which is ridiculous cause been to many other locations and they don’t do that. Drinks are already high priced as it is. Wish had more options for drive thru coffee places other than Starbucks & Dunkin
Super clean facility, easy access, staff is warm and friendly. Manager was actually cleaning when he was at this location and we interacted. I am not from this area but need to be in this location for other reasons. I typically get my coffee etc. catch up on work and emails and have always been greeted… first class facility and staff.. This is a busy Starbucks and ebb and flows based on on business but the staff works in sync. Impressive…!!!

Staff was friendly my drink was made right, the reason for my low stars is due to the drive thur associates black shirt was completely full what looked to be cat hair. Which to me is bad work hygiene, especially for food service.

The difference between a cappuccino and a latte is subtle but three times my cappuccino has been a latte. No point in treating myself and then being disappointed. Cattle Dogs does better but does not have a drive thru.

Went today and there was a girl with blue hair she was rude walking around complaining about another shift. That’s poor customer service. I work customer service and to talk about stuff like that while customers are present shows lack of respect and self control. Do better with your staff!
