They gave me my meal cause it took too long it was 25 dollars of food for my family that I kept to online gamble with. If I have witch powers why didn't I win gambling?

When we walked in the lady at the counter looked miserable to be there. She gives us cups to go get fountain drinks with knowing the machine only has sugar free soda then when we bring her the cups back so she can fill them up behind the counter she had an attitude. My boyfriends order was wrong, my burger had 2 top buns. Then when we were leaving my son wanted a refill of his coke and we stood there 10 minutes to be ignored finally she walked over gave him a new cup, slid it across the counter and it almost spilled everywhere. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. Horrible experience.

The spicy chicken sandwich is crispy and cooked to perfection.
The chicken strips are delicious and cooked to perfection as well.
The fries are delicious and the coca - cola is thirst quenching .

After ordering my food through drive thru I went to the window to pay. They owed me a penny for change. The cashier says I don't have any pennies so I won't be getting any change. I explained to her that this is a multi-billion dollar corporation and that it's unacceptable to not give the customer back the correct change. She turns and says are you really gonna cause a problem about a penny. So now it's on. I told her that I was not moving my car until they make it right. And that I wanted my God damn penny. She flips out yelling at me that I can't curse and tells me that there are signs every where about not having pennies. Which of course there were none. I have photos showing no signs anywhere. Then the General Manager tells me I'm not welcome back anymore . The cashier then proceeds to give me the finger after I cursed some more. Having been in the restaurant business for years in NY, the loss doesn't fall on the customer it falls on the business. The right thing to do would have been for them to give me a nickel back since they couldn't make the proper change for a penny. Ever since the new General Manager has taken over this location it has gone downhill....

Absolute trash! All my 55 dollar order was wrong ! Requested no onion or tomato due to allergy, all they did was remove then bagged the remaining of the wrong order! Tried to call multiple times no answer... I guess I will just have to show up with this disgusting so called food! I would rate this below a 1 if I could

Ordered through the app and drive-thru. Staff was friendly. It took a bit to get our order, but it was rather large. There was an issue with one item, but they exchanged it when we walked back in with it. I wish the staff didn't yell at each other over who made the mistake on the order. It's just a burger, not an o-ring on the space shuttle.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! They don’t clean the lemonade containers, the lemonade was actually fermenting the other day my child got food poisoning from there because of that, the managers (except for Sarah and Jennifer and demel they have served me before in the drive thru they are nice) are rude to the Employees and to the customers! I’m surprised they still have so many employees The gm (she wouldn’t give me her name) does not care about anything but your money and if you try to go to her with a issue wether ur a employee or customer there’s a 50% she will YELL at you I had it happen to me and seen it happen to other customers and their own employees and tell you that ur the problem and even they only do cheap quick fixes to “hold it over” one older male employee with gloves told me they do that with everything that breaks they even did it to the restrooms and their lobby doors Oh and I’ve seen roaches there so be careful next time you get food there, there was probably a roach on ur food the older man also told me about how their I guess their Freezer broke and everything thawed and was mushy and sat over night in a hot room in the middle of summer and would not get new food and made them serve us PAYING CUSTOMERS that old nasty food and the tarter sauce was 4months expired and made them still serve it And apparently there ALWAYS MOLD WHERE THE LIDS AND CUPS ARE AND ON THE COKE MACHINE HOW HAS THIS PLACE PASSED INSPECTING in drive thru other day I waited for over 15 min after parking me when I walked in to see why it was taking so long it was because this younger male manger refused to help and kept walking away like he just did not want to do his job and the older women manager doesn’t speak good english and will get mad at YOU for not understanding their language HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL RUNNING!!!

Very rude service. ALWAYS forgets something. And $3.59 for a large water? The girl in the window 9/6/25 at 7.45 p.m. took forever to take our order and I've never experienced a more rude customer service experience.

This is the WORST Wendy’s probably in the entire STATE OF FLORIDA!! Rude workers, absolutely TERRIBLE and GROSS food, my kid gets sick off this food almost everytime! He keeps wanting to try it but he continues to get sick off and on. HORRIBLE! Bout to call health department too!!
