As a truck driver, this place is trash !!! What restaurant in a truck stop closes? Like do ya'll literally think that just because it's nighttime that we don't have to eat? Have ya'll ever stop to think about the night time drivers that are out here on the roads sacrificing their time with their family and sacrificing their lives, that are starving because y'all are to sorry and selfish to stay open just like you used to before this political virus came about. For every one of Ya'll that are in a Truck Stop and close without even thinking about us drivers, y'all are pure garbage. You will never complish anything in life because you're too sorry and selfish.

I have to shout out Jackie!! She went above and beyond with every customer she helped. She smiled, was friendly, fast, and efficient. I didn’t see her stop the whole time we were there. When she wasn’t helping customers she was cleaning. I wish all places offered this type of customer service. I love going in and ordering with a friendly face instead of a kiosk!! Great job Arby’s!!

Well I gotta say I'm 50 years old and love to eat out. I've been in and around the restaurant business for 20+ years. I have never experienced anything like what I just experienced. Around 5:35 p.m on May 7th @ The Loves Travel Center in Lee, Fl. I ordered food and chose to dine in.($19+ worth) I go and take a seat and start eating. Once I started eating a female employee came out and started spraying Raid Bug Spray under & over the tables. In the air throughout the dining area. There was a manager I take it over the whole establishment wearing the light blue shirt I will post what pic I got of him. But I'm in disbelief that this even took place. I'm soooo disappointed and I did not make a scene with them behind the counter. After she finished spraying there was another employee that came out and wiped down two tables. Smdh. I swear if I get sick behind this I'm going to lose it. I did call the corporate office and report this store. They said they're going to give me a free sandwich card in the mail. I'm thinking I might be done with Arby's. Just pathetic !!!! These are all the photos. The pic with the three guys its the one on the far left that sat in there while this took place as well.(Serms to be a manager of the whole store) He was on his computer. The other one wiping the trash can is the one that wiped down the table. The other two pics are just the bugs I caught leaving this place.

5-2-24 9:50am even after repeating I only wanted a sausage biscuit add cheese. They still get it wrong and add egg. Which I can't eat. Come on Arby’s. You can do better than that.

I went in to get a small fry to go with my last order from a previous stop a couple hours down the road (bc fries were horrible, must've been the bottom of the bin) anywho, the young lady, Jameirria was not nice AT ALL. She shorted me a $1 change and I told her kindly, you owe me another $1. No apology, no words, no nothing...and walked away. Y'all need to ✔️ JAMEIRRIA
