Red Roof Bar

Not sure if they serve food, I did come across slim Jim's and Snickers!!! They have events scheduled through the week poker tourneys and pool tourneys. All the folks I came across seemed to be pretty nice. Beers are cheap, and cold. They also have pool tables, not sure the cost. They also have a jukebox for music. Had a great time here.I'm not reviewing the food because we left before we ordered any food. The lady behind the bar was very friendly. Coming from Seattle, seeing such southern hospitality was refreshing.We found out about the poker on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4 with a $20 buy-in and $100 (first TH of the month)* buy-in on Thursday.Some of the locals said hi from across the bar. I gave a 1 star on this bar because I got it confused with a bar in a different county. My visit here was outside only. I hadn't seen my son in almost 2 yrs so we met here for a couple hours. We had a peaceful visit in the rain under the shelter. No one bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable. It was hard leaving each other but meeting here made the much needed visit a good experience.
