“What a difference a year makes! The experience here is totally different from three years ago when we went to a special Valentines evening. That experience included a frozen desert that had obviously passed its sell by date and was still frozen on the inside. The new owners have realized the great potential of the restaurants, and they have risen to the occasion. They hired qualified chefs at each restaurant and very qualified managers and now this beautiful resort gives everyone in the area a reason to visit.“
