“The pizza 🍕that I ordered I did it online and it was not what I’m trying to say is it had too much red sauce in it and my esophagus 😤did not agree with that later in the night I had this horrible heartburn 🥲because the employees did not pay attention to details when I put my order online I think from now on I might go to Papa John’s or hungry howie’s if nobody cares about the quality why should I continue to come back and spend my hard earn money that is ridiculous ..Things need to change🤦🏽♂️. Soooooo disappointed ☹️
All they have to do is really honestly just be able to read when people put in their order through the online app. I don’t even know if AI is reading the orders for them, but maybe there is a lack of reading comprehension with some of these employees or maybe they just need more training it could be that the manager or the assistant manager with the regional manager just never did any kind of training but it’s just very very upsetting and disappointing to not be able to get what you really want. sometimes it’s difficult very difficult 😟“
“I picked up from this location numerous times and I want to give a shout out to Carlos. He is always in a good mood and I’ve been in here during times where he’s handling very rude customers with a smile on his face and that goes a long way every time I come my order is ready to go and Jahaira is also very kind I just had the pleasure of meeting her today. Out of all the Pizza Hut that I pick up from this one is always ready when I get here ..“
