Wow, the service at this store is hit or miss every day. The people that work here are absolutely miserable. I don't know what it is but they mumble, frown and are argumentative when you ask them to repeat or clarify something. I can understand why Popeye's is having financial problems. You need to do some serious training with your employees. Good attitudes generate Excellent experiences. Poor attitudes will ruin a business. Please address and fix this problem at this location or I will take my business to another restaurant.

Staff is rude, dismissive and they seem to have an attitude. Popeyes corporate should send secret shoppers over there so they can see for themselves Everyone seems to have an attitude even while I was being nice. I thought my chicken sandwich had mayo on it so I handed it back cause I did say no mayo. He basically just grabbed it rolled his eyes and said well there’s no mayo in here and walked away with the sandwich. Never again will I go there. They have no customer service skills and we’re being rude and nasty to customers in the drive-through as well. I was shocked by the way they were talking to people in the drive-through.

I had the best experience with the drive thru window person. She was very helpful in helping us make our minds up. O9 April 2026 around 12:30pm. The chicken strips are moist, biscuit was the best I ever had. This is one great Popeyes restaurant, great job workers.

i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich in drive through and asked the worker who brought the food if it was spicy he hesitated and said yes. It was classic. I went inside and a different worker approached me and i explained the problem and then they went to to the back. i waited approximately 20 mins before i went back to my car to go back in drive through. the same worker who got my order wrong again said to pull up to the front and after 5 mins i got my sandwich. This interaction shouldve only been up to 10mins terrible workers terrible service.

Incredibly rude customer service. I hate to say it, but I don’t expect anywhere near Chick-fil-A–level service when I go to Popeyes, but my goodness—I am completely blown away by how the drive-thru employee slammed the window in my mom's face. There was nothing my mom did to warrant that type of behavior. Crazy!

This is the best run Popeyes I’ve ever been in. They were fast, food was great and they were friendly.

On a search for properly good chicken tenders, after trying a few local businesses, I moved on to Popeyes. A lot of other chains/restaurants put too much stock on seasoning and end up oversalting, or making a chicken tender that precludes itself from certain sauces.
This is not the case with Popeyes. Not too salty, a great fry, and works well with all kinds of different sauce (you can forego their signature 'chicken dipping' one, though. It's just barbecue with extra steps). They're mild, well-fried, and therefore versatile, tenders.
If I were able to give them 6 stars I would, as they store very well in the fridge and keep their crisp, more than I can say for many others. Their fries are also great, and the honey biscuit is... inoffensive, if not outright 'good'/not dry.
Also, it's a Popeyes; rating the service and staff, as well as atmosphere, is kind of tone deaf; it's 2026 (at the writing of this review). On the tenders themselves, I wasn't disappointed in the slightest, actually pretty impressed, for being such a large operation.

A little overpriced for what you get but that's most restaurants nowadays.

On February 17th 2026 i went to this Popeyes with my daughter to get some lunch. So first off, we were told when we got our food that they had no napkins. How does a restaurant run out of napkins? I have never heard of that before and I've been eating at restaurant for sixty years. Second, we had to wait like 15 minutes for the order. It was a mobile order that we ate inside the restaurant. But I don't think it should have taken that long because their was maybe only two other people in the restaurant at the time. Lastly i think that $3.99 for a large sprite is a little excessive, don't you?
