Haven't eaten inside in a Disappointed with new process of ordering via kiosk. Self serve drink process was confusing. Had to scan bar code & fill cup B4 time out, but that wasn't clearly explained. Employee was available to help. But still.... No more mushrooms for burgers - another disappointment. Inside was way too cold. Not at all comfortable to sit and eat. Quite honestly, probably won't go back again.

So I had today a dispute over the price of my food with the manager in charge cause apparently the price went up dramatically so I told her to cancel my order and she didn't give me my money back, they should treat people better and stop raising prices without notice

It's getting interesting. Nobody waits on your table anymore. You order on a kiosk or through the app. You get a QR code for the soda machine. It's cumbersome and awkward. Sat there watching the manager come from behind the counter to help people with the machine. My root beer timed out waiting for the foam to settle down and I had to rescan the QR code again. Bottom line, it's a hassle.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair friendly. Doors are not automatic and you're on your own. Kiosks are a bit high to be accessible from a wheelchair. Not sure if an employee might help but I think they might.
