Everything was good and service was good also. They should just think about putting a sign out to keep there QR code after they order. I went to get a seat for my wife and I. But I come back to get my drink and I couldn’t get it cuz neither of us knew to keep the QR code and my wife had already throw it away. Not a big deal but could use a sign.

Stood around for 10 min before we were acknowledged then was told we could seat ourself. The floor was so sticky Everytime I took a step it made an annoying noise. The buns on our sandwich were rock hard and we were told it was because they were frozen. Then after we ate we sat there waiting for the waitress so we could order milkshakes but she never came back to the table so we decided to go to twisty treat instead. This was overall a very poor experience

This was my first time inside since the removal of table service. It works good for to go orders but I'd rather have a server. It's like a cheaper version but less friendly version of 5 guys without the peanuts. There was a hostess to help me through my first online order and that was appreciated. I think it was inappropriate to ask for a tip for this kind of ordering and she was watching me so I felt obligated . I was disappointed the patty melt is no longer offered....
