We’ve eaten at Turner’s before and the food and service were wonderful, but this visit was terrible. When we asked if we could eat outside the hostess (who I assume is also the owner) acted shocked and annoyed that we were asking to eat outside (why else would you have outdoor tables and seating? lol). Also when we asked how long the wait would be, she rudely said she didn’t know. We decided to leave, I don’t patron places that aren’t grateful for business. I can see from other reviews, other people have had bad experiences with rude staff… a word to the wise- stay humble and hungry in business, you never know when your fortunes might change.

Turners Kitchen & Bar offers a delightful dining experience with mouthwatering dishes like Ribeye, Surfside Striploin, and Duck Breast on Rice. The flourless chocolate cake was heavenly. Service was slow but worth it. The gluten-free options were well catered to, making it enjoyable for all.

Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free options were well catered to and the flourless cake is gluten free.

Parking: On a busy night, it is difficult to find parking around the immediate area. However, it’s all within walking distance. Parking is free.

We came on a Friday night without a reservation so we sat at the bar. I started with the sidecar, very simple and very strong. We got the tuna appetizer. I got the surf n turf and my husband got the founder and lobster special. It was all great. This is a finer dining experience so don’t expect it to be too quick.

We brought our mother here last night for the first time. She absolutely LOVED everything about the experience. Christa was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal!!!! What a sweet human and Turners is lucky to have her. There beautiful Christmas trees are up...... adds to the ambiance. It might have been my mother's first time but it will not be her last.

The food was wonderful!! My favorite steak and prime rib around town! The only issue was that our waitress didn't put our order in correctly and when she finally figured that out, we had already been waiting for 50 minutes. It took us over an hour to get our food. She did apologize but we were in no way compensated. Because the food was so good, I will give Turners another try

The restaurant was empty when we got there, and the hostess was very unfriendly and hesitant to seat us since we had a service dog. After asking us about what the dog was trained to do, she walked off without saying a word. We felt unwelcome and left and will never be back.

We stopped in for lunch today. The lunch menu seemed to be pretty small. My wife order the yellow fin tuna only to be told that they no longer have that. Why wouldn’t they have told us that up front? Not a good experience, we left and will not return.

This is the first time in my life that I was turned down by a restaurant because I had a group of 6 people. The turn away was because they only want to concentrate on 4 table. We are talking just two more people that would have brought them two more people to add to their profit. I can understand larger parties but 6 people. Never in my life have an experienced this with a restaurant. It is a head scratcher ?
