Rick and Debra make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Their friendly banter and genuine hospitality are just as memorable as the food itself. “I had been craving griot for a while, decided to give original island a try and I’m glad I did. It was the fist time my husband had tried griot and he loved it. The meat was juice and tender, the plantains were crunchy. We will definitely be back“

Los mejores sándwiches cubano. Si de verdad quiere sentirse en Cuba después de comerse la pizza huela sus dedos y le recordará esos tiempos de las salidas de las escuelas a comer pizza y el olor se quedaba impregnado en sus manos aunque se las lavara. “You know I was going to give this a four star review but I got the rib brisket combo today and I got the mashed potatoes and baked beans. I took my first bite of the brisket and it was very tough and chewy. Then I tasted the ribs that were awesome. Second bite of the brisket was very tender and very flavorful. And the sides, the mashed potatoes and baked beans, the baked beans for a little on the sweet side for me but they were very great. So I changed my review to a five-star because the service was very quick and awesome I would recommend this place to anyone. First time customer I'm very happy“
