Come here frequently with my family and Diana takes great care of us! The food is always great and the staff is very friendly. Will keep returning here

Hibachi Sushi Express is a hidden little gem in Lehigh that opened a few months ago. The customer service is super nice and polite, and the server was WONDERFUL. Food is always great, with the teriyaki chicken, vegetables and white was really good, and miso soup was nice too. Fried rice has a fantastic flavor, one of my favorite items, and sushi is delicious & perfectly sized. The hibachi is so good and great. Lunch specials are where it's at, with 2 rolls and a drink a good deal; dinner is a bit pricey. Inside is comforting and pleasant to look at.
