I recently visited McDonald's and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by one of their cashiers. Their friendly demeanor and efficiency made my experience enjoyable. They handled my order with accuracy and courtesy, ensuring I left satisfied. Kudos to this cashier for their excellent customer service!
I ordered online drive-thru and tgat was taking forever, so I switched to curbside pick up. Worst mistake ever. Overall, I waited 45 minutes pretty much for a moca frappe. Had to go inside to see why it was taking so long just to get home & my big mac was missing extra cheese & the forgot apples in my 3-year-old happy meal. Which was very disappointing. The ppl work hard but need better communication I think.

Gave ice cream and drinks then told to wait in any reserve. Never provided straws had to go in and ask. When the food I bought I thought I got the wrong food it didn't match my receipt. I'll say they never match don't worry about it like that always. . Sorry disappointed this is horrible service and stop calling it fas food it's not. One good reason I do eat fast food any more. If I wanted to wait I'd cook at home. The prices are outrageous compared to yrs ago..... ridiculous...read full review
