“We celebrated my birthday tonight at the Pampa Gaucho Steakhouse in Pompano Beach Florida. We were very pleased with the quality of the food and the impeccable service provided by Paulo and Rosa. We were treated to a sumptuous salad buffet and then an assortment of some of the best variety of meats we have ever tasted. They were ready to feed us all night long. Luckily we were able to take a break every now and then for the best Brazilian lemonade we have ever tasted. The Papaya With vanilla Icecream suggested be Rosa was excellent. “Omg I love Mauricios! My favorite hole in the wall to get my picanha fix! They never fail and the service is always great! If you go I recommend the mixto platter , it's a good way to get a taste of a few things. Come for the steak, stay for the BMB caipirinhas!“

My only problem and the reason of the 4 stars is that if you order online to eat on the restaurant the 20%Tip was mandatory which is a pretty unsavoury and honestly didn't really appreciate the surprise. They still need menus but the staff is very welcoming and shared everything - from pastels of a vast variety such as classic ground beef, melted cheese, pizza flavored Pastel and palmito (heart of palm), coxinha, Brazilian sandwiches such as x-tudo (x-everything). This makes for a great morning stopover to get breakfast, they have the famous Bauru (ham, cheese and tomatoes seasoned and pressed). Lunch plates go from beefsteak sandwiches with caramelized onions to steak, rice and salad. We went with the Brazilian beefsteak which came with fries. Yummmy! Also, coxinha for later.
