Well, I always go to this store 4830 N Federal Hwy, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064, on Monday I was at the store I placed the order, the snacks arrived anyway, the service was terrible, people who don't like working, the girl who came to bring my order came dragging an Laziness, the snacks were all poorly made, besides I asked for ketchup, McDonald's doesn't have it and how much is there, 2 sachets, I went to ask for more, they said it was only 2 ketchup per snack (I laughed) other than that, the store at night was all dirty, an unpleasant smell for the dining environment. food eating table the table thing every time I go there I need to clean my table the next time I go I will need to take a broom and a dustpan to collect the rubbish and a cloth to clean the table!!! Let's make this better McDonald

I was at the second line of the drive through and the guy told me to wait he will get to me but two cars went by and he didn’t reply back to me. Needless to say I waited 40 min and the line was backed up behind me. The guy was very rude wen I confronted him. Late night orders at that McDonald’s is the worst service Ive ever had and im in the industry and never complain or do reviews but this time I felt it’s worthy enough to complain!!!! McDonald’s needs to do something about this! I left hungry!
