I was at the second line of the drive through and the guy told me to wait he will get to me but two cars went by and he didn’t reply back to me. Needless to say I waited 40 min and the line was backed up behind me. The guy was very rude wen I confronted him. Late night orders at that McDonald’s is the worst service Ive ever had and im in the industry and never complain or do reviews but this time I felt it’s worthy enough to complain!!!! They were just laughing about how they were lying to me about saying the milkshakes were broken at the second window… had already charged me for three large’s at the first window after reconfirming it was working.
