“It's a location I always love. Today was my first time back since 2020. The place is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately the service was poor. Heard a lot of squabbling coming from behind the counter. There were no napkins and I never got a receipt. A worker was arguing with a customer whose order was screwed up. I hope something's done about the service there.“

“This place is new to Deerfield Great atmosphere,great drinks and great food , and let's not forget great desserts. “This is a nice place to grab a bite and/or a drink while visiting Pompano Beach. It has a great vibe and decent food. Oftentimes, places like this rely solely on location and serve low-grade food and drinks. However, after going there over a half dozen times, they have proven not to have followed that route. The place is clean and friendly with decent to good food. I wish they allowed half star reviews because I would give the food a 3.5 star. That being said, the main attraction is the location. It's on the beachside of A1A in the heart of the newly and continually improving Pompano Beach with all of the dining outside and mostly covered from the elements. There is seating at the bar and sourroudibg it. Some tables are on the street side for good people watching, and then there are excellent tables that afford an unobstructed view of the ocean. All told it's worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Last note, expect a little wait time during weekends and holidays.Parking: No problem if you don't mind walking. It's a block away from the parking garage. There are some metered parking spaces along the road but none in front of the place, and even if there were, they would likely be full. If you are limited in how far you can walk or wheel, then it would best to be dropped off in front of the place. It is accessible by wheelchair.“

“Awesome service as soon as we walked in the door! Natalia was very helpful & explained the whole menu to us as we are on vacation & just randomly picked a place to eat! Natalia knows her stuff, she was welcoming, answered any questions, her personality is fantastic! The whole crew working was awesome!I ordered the Key Lime Pie milkshake, fantastic! My husband ordered the 420 shake, sweet but so fricken good! The cowboy burger, mouthwatering! “This weekend was the first I ordered from this place. My sister Aways say they are good. It was SO good we ordered on Sat and Sun. So I guess little sisters do know some things , lol. Had the Perry wings extra well done on sat, it was good but too crunchy after ordering well done on Sun and finding out- This was it! Fries were awesome even after it was sitting at the house. So my overall experience for sat and Sunday was great. We will definitely be going back.“

When we were seated, Katie was quick with coming up and making sure the drinks got going and helped us with every silly question about the menu. Every suggestion she made was spot on. The Briney Spears and Spinach & Artichoke dip were a hit and I would’ve licked the plate clean if I didnt have the manners my mother gave me. The main course portions are perfect! I got the Bitty Bang something with Bacon Jam and YESSS. Do it up and have a cheat day and enjoy it. “I can’t say enough about Boca Fish House! The atmosphere is cozy and sweet. The service was impeccable. The food was fresh and inspired. We dined on oysters, steamed clams, the crab cake, and the pan roast. Each dish was fresh and flavorful. What a little gem this is!“

“My old coworkers always raved about this place so 15 years later I finally got a chance to visit. We were a party of 6 on Presidents' Day for lunch. The place is located in a strip mall facing Cypress Road. It's on the smallish side. The hostess had us wait about 15 minutes while our table was prepared. There are some chairs out front for this purpose. My daughter and I split the fish and chips. My dad ordered the fish roti. Judging by his longing gaze at my fish and chips, I quickly traded with him. The fish was bland but the roti with the curry base and bits of soft potatoes was very filling and tasty! My teenage son ordered the cheese burger and fries and wolfed it down with a root beer. There is a bar with a variety of domestic and imported draft beers on tap. My mom ordered a pint of Bud Light but it was too much for her to finish. The highlight of the menu (IMHO) is the homemade desserts. We all split a caramel cheesecake, a flan and a double coconut pie. Delicious! Our server was a college-age young man who is service oriented and friendly. Two thumbs up! BUT... If you are in a hurry to get a quick bite to eat this is definitely not the place. We were seated for 2 hours. If you have the time and the money, Calypso is an authentic old Florida establishment that is well worth the visit.“

Breakfast was very good - omelletes and egg sandwiches and fresh squeezed juice. Reasonable prices for the area. Omelettes and egg sandwiches came with a good side salad. We will be back for lunch. Burgers are supposed to be really good.Kid-friendliness: We brought our four kids. It’s small inside but we went later around 10 am.“

“I met a client here for a late lunch on 4/18 around 2pm. They have a great outside seating area with plenty of shade & air movement from ceiling fans. We both ordered burgers & fries. They serve a fantastic cheeseburger, cooked to perfection with fresh toppings accompanied by some crispy fries. Our server was Emerson who was friendly, prompt & on the ball... a real service baller !! She made the dining experience great. The manager that day caught me on the way out & asked about our experience. A super nice & friendly guy- I just didn't get his name. Being it during the day, we did not drink beer but I will definitley be back another time to explore the craft beer taps at the huge indoor/outdoor bar. I also decided to buy a couple of their frozen dinners to take home. I've since tried these & they were outstanding & way better than anything you'd buy at a grocery store.“

“I follow this place on Instagram and I finally made a stop over there. I ordered my food on their site which was easy. I ordered their pepperoni pizza, fried oreos, and their garlic knots. I was not disappointed at all in everything I ordered. It was all amazing! Probably the best pizza I ever had. Definitely in my top 5 favorites. Same goes with garlic knots because there are some places that either put too much or too little garlic. These were good especially with the pesto on it.“

“This is a great atmosphere inside from the truck that makes the milkshakes to the bar that has a COE truck coming out of the center. We needed a quick bite and decided to order the cheesesteak instead of a burger. It was delicious and so was the bread. I was disappointed when it arrived as that it didn't come with mushrooms or peppers and the server didn't ask if I wanted to add them. Since we were on a hurry I didn't ask to add them once it arrived. They had a big selection of specialty burgers and the prices are also higher than I expected starting at $19. if I recall correctly. “They are five minutes door to door to my house and I love the workers they are always friendly helpful and my orders are always perfect. First thing I had the first time I went was the lamb chops and Greek lemon pate with Greek salad nothing better than that. Well except for the spinach pie and the Greek salad add on. The food I had was incredible, not sure what she had. But all I know is, if I was them, I wouldn't have maintained my composure for nearly as long. “I love unique, hole-in-the-wall type restaurants. Quick synopsis: It's a burger bar with elevated, unique dishes above a typical sports bar. The Porky's Lollipops appetizer was fantastic! The French fries here are PERFECT. They're traditional good ol' regular French fries, not the kind that is all crunchy and battered in whatever that stuff is other restaurants sometimes offer. The Spicy Gochujang wings weren't as spicy as I was expecting but still good. After seeing servers with humongous burgers come out, I definitely had diners remorse. The Shrimp tacos were good, but my wife wasn't pleased the menu left out the fact they come with red onion (even a small amount makes her sick). Even the Mac and cheese was delicious! Good experience. Will come back. Criticisms: The online menu is annoying to navigate. Bad user interface and design. Functionally it works but it bounces around all janky when you're trying to read it. Given it's a digital menu--it's time to detail all the ingredients in your dishes--including red onion! Beer selection lacks brown and amber ales on draft. IPAs are for snobs and effeminate men.“

“Wilton Manors DQ is a must stop treat place. There are several ice cream options on 'the Drive' yet our own Dairy Queen is head and shoulders the best. Just see the long lines on those nice days to see how good Lynn runs the store.“
