Nelson's Diner is a quaint restaurant with an old school diner vibe. The mahi reuben and french dip were very tasty, and the portions were good. The staff, including Carla the server, were attentive and friendly. The new owner was also very friendly, and the server, although a little inexperienced, was very attentive. The food was all very good, and the service was spot on. The true southern hospitality at Nelson's Diner makes it a great place to grab breakfast, where the owner, Kent, greets you personally. The classic diner decor adds to the charm of the place. A good local spot for a meal or coffee, with friendly service guaranteed.
