The same cashier today and yesterday continues to short change us every time we order...And doesn't even pay attention to who is here to pick up food, he'll just stand there and wait until people finally come up to him and ask him for their food which apparently has been ready the whole time...
I love this pizza but you need to do on board training for all staff/management. I would assume there's standards of operation staff needs to follow. Its management that needs basic customer service training and a sense of logic. Then train staff so they know what they need to do as well, build moral or something. Went here to get hot & ready pizza, but there were people waiting for their orders and I stood in the front and the employee in the back said I'll be there in a minute so I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to the front so I left. Yes there were hot and ready pizzas in the warmer. But I never got waited on.
