As others have said, this location is wildly inconsistent both in product quality and service. Some of the younger kids working behind the counter are nice and attentive and others are rude. The quality of donuts has gone downhill significantly, today we got donuts that were hardly iced and a lemon filled donut had literally a penny sized drop of filling in the middle.

Very inconsistent. I have been placing mobile orders and always have an issue. Every time they fill up only half of the cup, or maximum 3/4 of the cup when I order a late. They advertise new promotions but they always end up charging more.

I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts today. When I got my order, the bag was greasy, which was already a bad sign. Worse yet, the donuts were frosty and stuck to the bag, making them difficult to eat and quite unappetizing. This is definitely not the quality I expect from Dunkin’. Very disappointing!”

I go 5x a week for the same coffee but today I asked my dad to get me a coffee since he was already at Dunkin. My coffee was horrible. Clear instruction, “less ice” and coz I love my coffee really strong. 15mins later, my dad brought me my coffee and it’s full of ice…Taste very weak…This is not the first time it happened…They have to their job better..

Again, here we go. Employees that either can not listen or can not focus on their jobs. Constantly providing wrong orders. Just amazing with pictures, and printed words on POS screens, they still can not get orders correct. Only still open because of location location location.
Stopped in to get a box of Joe to take to work. Quick and friendly service even early in the morning.

this location is good when its not overrun with kids from the school across the street. when not over run with kids its efficient but if you do a mobile order they keep it behind the shelf so you cannot just grab your order even if you can see its ready.

Very slow service. Even though I preordered online still had a five minute wait after I got here. Black coffee and pup cups. I was the only one here and it was 9 pm on a weeknight. This Dunkin is like this any time of the day. I go to the one on Bloomingdale and it’s instant. Fishhawk- expect to wait for no apparent reason.
Great service every morning . I have never had a bad experience. Fast service. I would highly recommend this
