“You. Guys! This is a must-try. Absolutely delicious and I’m not even a huge lobster fan. My mom is...and got a SECOND roll because they were so good. I highly recommend ordering it heated unless you’re down with the chilled. I mean it was delicious either way. Sooo much lobster meat and the melted butter and toasted bun. Oh my stars y’all, it’s culinary delight. I posted the pics and now my Uncle and Aunt and dying for them to come back to Brew Hub to check it out. And yes mom and I will be back again soon too! p.s. it’s also worth noting the food truck crew were so friendly, smiley and kind. Makes the experience even better.“
