I had a situation today around 430 pm at this McDonalds and I informed the manager about it. Can I just say the manager that was there at this time was awesome. She was super about handling the situation. She needs a raise! 😃

You want to know how my food was? This location is right in the middle of my work and home about 25 minutes either way. I specifically ordered from the mobile app and removed onions because I'm allergic and pickles because they are slimy garbage. To my surprise when I arrived home guess what's on my burger? Both onions and pickles. Even the receipt showed no pickles no onions but apparently there's a shortage of people who can read. As high as gas prices are today I'm not driving all the way back 50 mins round trip to fix a dumb human issue so my meal was thrown away. I filed a complaint online and im told "we are sorry your complaint will be turned over to management." Guess what? I don't care because management can't fix stupid. They will continue to hire whoever will work for crap wages who can't even do one job. It's not hard to read the order. We all know the foods not cooked to order but whoever builds the burgers should be fired. Its sad that people aren't even capable as managers to oversee these situations and resolve them. Also corporate is even worst for putting it off on the staff when they could have easily refunded my money. This location is hot trash.

Ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget meal and a 10 piece chicken McNuggets, Get all the way home only to realize I only received the 20 piece (2 boxes of 10) now I know I should’ve checked, but the people behind the window have one job. It shouldn’t be my job to follow up and make sure they do their job. I’m paying customer. Very aggravated.

I stopped by for a drink only and walked in waiting for mobile order. The employees didn't even approach me to see why I was waiting. I must of waited at least 20 minutes watching one kid walk by me several times and the girl at the place where they get the food just looking at me. Terrible service once again!

Avoid this sh1th0le at all costs. They price gouge, and the GM has now started charging for single condiments. The employees working the drive-thru window are also rude, especially the girl with the glasses that hands your food to you. Food here sucks too. Stay away. It's been bad here for awhile. The GM here is the worst and is a greedy bottom feeder.

It's McDonald's! Personally, I only get coffee and the occasional breakfast sandwich from McDs. I did have a craving for an ice cream cone this trip and miraculously it was working. The people at this location are typically friendly.
