Might be the best mcdonald’s (and fast food) experience i’ve had. Put in an online order and unfortunately the app canceled my order unknowingly and Andy (maybe the manager) was so helpful and professional it made our night!

It seems like for the last couple years this McDonald’s has consistently prioritized drive thru times as they continuously “park” everyone. When I was parked today, I had to wait 15 min for just two ice cream sundaes and a cheeseburger with a McFlurry.

Tasha the "manager" is extremely rude. I had a food allergy issue when I gave them specific instructions to not put onions on my food and they did anyway. I had a severe allergic reaction. I called McDonald's and asked for a manager. Tasha was the one who answered the phone. I asked for her name and she responded with " I'm not telling you my name until you tell me why you're calling" I proceeded telling her what happened and she cut me off and told me "that's not her problem". McDonald's please reevaluate your team leaders. These are the faces of your company. I will never return to this location. And also I will be triple checking my food and not trust the sticker on the box that says "plain NO ONIONS"

a burger patty was served bright pink in the middle. A team member took care of the situation to my satisfaction. I didn't snag a pic of the burger. I was a little upset. On another occasion, my medium fry seemed to be shy quite a few. The three stars also felt appropriate after McDonald's redeemed itself from a stint of not-so-good service (many months ago).They don’t even sever real food for there prices, beefs has better chicken sandwiches & hot warm fries!

I get it, entitled teenagers first job. Service was ridiculous. The girl in the drive thru had not a single ounce of critical thinking or a brain cell for that matter. Order was messed up but reading the other reviews it seems this is ongoing. It’s just not that hard kids.
