To go order not completed as ordered. When my husband arrived, he was told there were no more mashed potatoes. No discount for the meal and the side dish was replaced with baked potato without any condiments provided. 5 meals were ordered and no utensils were provided.

Keep coming back. Not sure why? Twice now we’ve had raw broccoli. Not undercooked, straight raw. Middle of blooming onions are always still raw breading. Like consistently. Is there no kitchen manager? They have a new, New York stop steak. Came with fat that didn’t even touch the pan. I get outback probably pays peanuts and you get terrible staff…..but like…maybe cook the food?

The service has gotten better since the last time we picked up. Last time, the bread was never placed in the bag. Maybe because my order was under a hondo. This time, the bill was just under 3 hondos and everything was accounted for. Go figure,a fluke? Maybe but their food is outstanding!

I arrived at this location approximately seven-ish tonight upon sitting down. I first noticed it was quite cold in the restaurant. After sitting here eating an appetizer shivering, and I had to fold my arms and I'm wearing pants and a polo shirt. My nose is starting to run. I can't no longer sit at the table. My food hadn't even come out yet and I have to go to my car to turn the heat on. I've spoke to two employees about how cold this environment is and they only said I'll talk to the manager. I'll talk to the manager. The place is so cold that my family and I had to actually leave the restaurant without eating our meal. When I grabbed my phone to exit the table, it felt like my phone had been sitting in an ice box. It was cold as well. I have never experienced such poor atmosphere and the fact that I couldn't enjoy my hundred dollar meal is beyond me I will never visit this place again.
I have been to several Outback’s , and I have been to this one twice. Came once and was extremely disappointed, Bloomin Onion was swimming in oil, prime rib was cold and wife’s filet was terrible. Came back out for a second try, fried mushrooms seem to be swimming in oil, which also tasted like the oil needed to be changed a long time ago. Brought out my steak, when I asked for medium rare, and it was cooked like a piece of leather. Sent it back and the server brought out another one that was now medium rare but had way too much spice on it to the point it was obviously done out of spite where I could not even taste the steak. If anybody is in this area and looking for a good steak and meal, find another restaurant to go to. I was also told after this that that’s outback is horrible and the one in Brandon is much better.
