The girl with Afro/curly hair who reminded me of the 70s lol, she made my sub perfectly and it had just the Perfect amount of each sauce I have absolutely no complaints from her, I’ve seen her a year or two ago and still perfect sandwich making skills, and great communication she was just so sweet I think her name started with the letter D?

It's not bad for a quick sub to take home. Subway as a brand has drastically improved over the past few months. If you have not already, give one of their sliced deli sandwiches. I found it was much improved over their older sandwiches.

Shout out to Delilah for EXCELLENT service not just tonight, but EVERY TIME my daughter and I come in! She remembers what we want every time and she is AMAZING with customer service. Love love love her!! Always a pleasure and a joy to have our sandwiches made by her!

This is the worst subway I have been to this far. I asked for wheat bread and got a stale white bread. It was inedible and literally threw it in the trash.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with the staff member at Fishhawk Subway. . I ordered a meal yesterday for lunch to go. They forgot some items. My office is literally across the street. I called 2 minutes later literally when I got to my office. I was unable to leave work again to get it at that time. The cashier, who was the hostile one I am talking about here, remembered immediately but pushed me off to another employee, Anthony, who was great. He remembered, indicated he would leave a note for when I came to retrieve those items - cookies, seriously something so small. I thanked him. Today when I went to have the items picked up, the cashier who had been less than pleasant the day before was even ruder today. I asked for Anthony, the employee I spoke with the day before, He said he didn't know who I was saying his name so casually. I said Anthony gave me his name!!! I told him I understand he didn't want to or couldn't help me so I asked for his manager's name and he flat out refused to give it to me and would not give me his name either although I knew who he was. Just flat out refused and then hung up on me. Had said no one else was in the store but him but he wouldn't give me his manager's name so I could speak with them later. Kept saying there is a customer service number on my receipt. Well, guess what, there is no number for customer service on my receipt. only a survey link. Told me I could keep calling but he wouldn't answer the phone.- for four lousy cookies. I did find out there were other employees in the store with him as I had sent someone to pick them up - which is why I called in the first place - and he heard the entire exchange and was appalled. It isn't the cookies, because I told him I didn't want to be reimbursed for them. I just wanted the cookies. If he couldn't help me, just give me his manager's name so I could address it with them later. No big deal right? Wrong! His ugly, hostile and aggressive attitude angered me greatly because there really wasn't any cause for it at all!! I normally would even have let the stupid cookies slide but the disrespectful and hostile attitude was intolerable. I have been going to that Subway for years. Won't ever go there again and will make sure to share my story with everyone. Beware! Don't leave without checking your bag to make sure you have everything in it. Denise

This has to be the one of the worst places that I've seen for a sandwich shop. There's no care given. Think about how long the meat has been sitting there. I'm gonna add pics of the grey meat in the pan that someone ordered I. Front of me. And all I could think is I wanted to puke. DISGUSTING. the owner should fire their general manager and the GM should be upset that they didn't do their job. Pathetic.

Don't get it delivered - not only missing items and made incorrectly, but bread was falling apart and whole thing covered in sauce, not made with any care whatsoever. The bottled drink was hot? What's going on over there? Disappointing for a FishHawk location.

The employees were great and the service was fast! Jacquelin made my spicy Italian sandwich and it was great! However, the managers seemed disorganized since the restaurant was severely understaffed.

Lady was very rude. Subway stole my money and the employees don't care. Phones are always down. Don't go to this store, it is a scam and the employees are terrible.
