Ordered on the App Build a Box consisting of Chalupa/beef burrito/cinnamon twist mild sauce&drink. When I got home no cinnamon twists, no sauce, no napkins and squished chalupa. It will be awhile before I order again…

Everytime I’ve been here, I make mobile orders. This is the first time ive ever made an order and they made it before I even got here. I have worked at taco bell. I know this is not standard unless this is a brand new practice. You saw the look on my face when you handed me cold food. Beyond disappointed I didnt even bother trying to get fresh food since her attitude told me it wouldnt be possible. Please either retrain your employees or don’t make changes without telling customers. Its fast food. I made the order an hour ago because i am a mother and i have alot going on. Wouldve really been nice to have a hot lunch. Whatever i guess. My baja gelato was literally completely melted too. What a waste of time.

I run to the border every chance I get. Fishhawk TB is very good. The service is very good, the staff are friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. The overall restaurant is very clean, and well kept.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very handicapped friendly
Decent food for low prices, the drive through is usually quick.
Staff should be more efficient but I understand that it's a low volume location, particularly at night. Grading on a curve, they're doing pretty well.

The evening night shift here is horrible. New management is needed. I tried many times to give this store a chance.There is no reason why I have to continuously ask for fresh fries. Then they get mad when you go back around and ask for fresh fries. Why are they giving out old fries? Not to mention when you pay for extra of something you should get extra. I get the same thing all the time . I literally now drive down to the one right off 301 on Gibsonston because their service is top tier . They definitely need to take notes from that location. Smh
