The tables were close enough so you could walk over and see the Gulf, and the service was pretty fast.
Parking: The parking lot leads right into the outside section of the place.

Right on the beach - great drinks, great food, and great vibes! We stayed right down the road from Kiki’s for a week long vacation and the parking lot was full open-close every day! We went for lunch, dinner, and drinks multiple times during our trip, would definitely recommend! Leta was our server for our last trip before heading home, she was excellent!

I took my family upstairs at Kiki sandbar tonight and had a wonderful meal with the best service I’ve had in a long time. Everybody was professional atmosphere was terrific and the manager was awesome.
Sat done upstairs and watched 4 servers wake back and forth and started to clean a table behind us still no acknowledgment after 12 minutes We walked out.
They have the best Tuna Nachos 😋Loved the Water View , So Pretty!

THE BEST TUNA NACHOS in the Keys. Great staff, beautiful views, great drinks, and seriously try the nachos. Every time we go up the keys we time it to get nachos on our way back! I'm sure the other food is good as well, but frankly I can't order anything else. 😁

Ambient was good, but got very bad food poisoning from the oysters. The only reason this isn’t a one star is that the atmosphere was good and they warned you about eating raw seafood.
