My go-to is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with dill chips—seriously the best in the county! Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and real comfort food.

“my husband and I are amazed and shocked to say the least. We are so use to our very own local waffle House we have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get our food, the staff are always grumpy and complaining about something. The Live Oak waffle House is AMAZING. The staff is on point and super friendly, food is cooked right to perfection, and the store is spotless. They were busy as all get out, fully staffed, and we got our food less than 10 minutes and we were out within 35 minutes. Why in the world is our local Waffle Houses so slow??“
