“My wife and I arrived around 6pm. It was fairly busy when we arrived. We were greeted right away by a friendly young man who got us to our table. He, along with our server, did a great job, and were a joy to visit with. My wife ordered the fish and shrimp meal. I ordered the spaghetti. Along with my side of fried Okra. The spaghetti was quite tasty. I was very pleased. The garlic toast was yummy. And the fried Okra was very good too. A very nice meal, at a very decent price. We had a wonderful visit, and would certainly stop back.“
“My buddy is actually the one who recommended trying this place. He said he tried it before and highly recommended us trying. We went around 3pm and it wasn’t very busy. There was maybe 7 other people there, which as soon as we walked in we were greeted right away and told to sit anywhere we like. The host ended up being our waitress which she was polite and answered any questions we had. After our food came out sadly she never came back to our table to check on us. My buddy had to get up and ask for a refill for his drink and also had to ask for a knife. Beside these small setbacks, I would highly recommend trying if in the area. At first glance, I was very apprehensive but I am so glad I did. This goes with the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”Parking: I can see parking being a possible issue during busy hours but at least it’s free.“
“It was our first time there and it was such a great experience!! The restaurant was super clean, including the restrooms. Amazing service! The salad bar was excellent, lots of toppings and dressings. The fish was super hot and the seasoning was so good you didn’t even need any sauce. If I had to complain about one thing it was the tartar sauce, it was kind of sweet and cinnamony. Other than that soooo good!! The owner even came up to us and asked us how we liked it. Great family environment, loved it!“
“After having dined at a number of trendy beach restaurant/bars, it was a nice change of pace to order comfort foid at a family styhle restaurant. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. I had fried chicken and my wife had liver and onions. We were both content with our meals. Our waitress, Tina, was great. My only complaint was not with the restaurant but with the parents at a nearby table that did not discipline their obnoxious children.“
