“The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great and the service was exceptional. We were on our way to Florida, and we stopped in for a quick breakfast and they did not disappoint. We were seated right away and we were served after we got settled in. This Waffle House is definitely worth stopping at for a meal if you're in the area. “Food is great but customer services need a little attention. I went on today, which is August 28, 2026. The cashier in the red with the glasses on was very polite. She actually was helping customers and the other cat was very loud and I went to the menu first and it was just I can’t hear you we gotta come in. But when I was in, she was talking so loud why can’t you hear me and I actually out the . Hey, thanks for the case you’re in the red with the glasses. I don’t know your name but if I see you, I’m gonna either come here or if you’re at the window, I’m gonna go to the window. I appreciate your service.“

“Just want to say that the waitress Dawn Marie was outstanding. We stopped at the Longan’s Roadhouse Tifton Ga. and was kind of skeptical at first since several members of our party are on very strict dietary restrictions. Once they sat us down Dawn Marie brought another waitress over who had a special dietary items on it. We were all able to find items off of the “special” menu. In addition Dawn Marie made sure that everything came out like ordered and provided service above and beyond. The other waitress that helped also was very knowledgeable of how items were cooked and the ingredients used. Again they both were outstanding and an asset to making our stop enjoyable. We definitely will be going back to this restaurant in the future. Thank you Dawn Marie.“

“I purchased a catering order off of the app. I got to the store to pick it up, but the app messed up and ordered it for the following day. The manager approached me and said that he would immediately get the order in for me. I literally only waited 10 minutes and they had the whole catering order out to my vehicle and helped me load the car. That’s fast service and I appreciate it!“

“Valentine date night. 2-14-24. We were seated, order taken. Food arrived. The food was exceptionally awesome. Delicious flavor and cooked to perfection. A huge shout out to the chef tonight. You need a raise dear. The waitress however, was a different story. We NEVER saw her again after she took our order. Never came back to check on us, never came back for drink refills, never even brought us a check before we left. We paid at the table and they automatically added a $14.00 gratuity to our bill. I certain want the cook to get that gratuity not the waitress!!!“

“I went in for takeout and order four meals and some add on to the meals. Customer service was great and the wait time was good. The food was overcooked and dry and not prepared well. The fish was hard and the shrimp was over not good. Grant we went in at a busy hour and in the past I have visited this same location and the food has been delicious.“

“Both got admiral’s feast. The seafood was cooked very well and tasted really good. The baked potatoes were cooked well, but didn’t have enough butter and sour cream, which would have been an easy fix. The other side we ordered was slaw. It was just okay. The waitress was pleasant and sufficiently attentive. Provided everything we asked for. The inside is a little worn and could use updating.“

“Food is good, but your typical fast food. Nothing fancy and not particularly better tasting than other places. Cajun fries are just crinkle fries with some season. Cheese curds were really good. Char-grilled chicken was dry but the breaded one was juicy. What really stands out at this place are there meal prices and how much food you get. You can choose one main entree, 2 sides (and they have quite a few sides no one else has like quesadillas and walking Tacos), and a drink. It was our first time going, while on a road trip, and we'd definitely go back next time we're in an area that has one (pretty good road trip food)“
