“The Pub is definitely a locals place with a large group hanging out at the bar and having a great time. For 3 out-of-towners, we grabbed a table and kinda felt un-noticed for a while as the waitstaff seemed to know everyone else there. We did finally get service and ended up with some awesome food and beer. They had Allagash White on tap which is one of my favorites. They also had some good pizza selections. We shared the Large Stallion as well as some other misc items too. That pizza was excellent! There are plenty of chains and fast food in Tifton, but we tried to find some places that were not chains and we did pretty good with The Pub. I'd go back for beer and pizza for sure!“
“Waffle House is one of mine and my husband's favorite breakfast places. It started after we rekindled our romance 34 yrs after high-school. We pretended we were on our first late night date again. It has become one of our cute and silly date places . The one we stopped at in Tifton, Georgia on our way to Colorado was one of the best Waffle Houses we've ever been to.“
“We were driving from Atlanta to south GA and stopped in Tifton for a late lunch. Googling places to eat presented us with one chain after another. Looking for a more local option we happened upon Deli House. The menu has some interesting items and after much discussion we chose a falafel plate & a chicken gyro. Both were a very pleasant surprise. The falafel was well seasoned & cooked perfectly & the chicken gyro was also delicious again with well seasoned chicken & yummy taziki sauce. What a great local spot. If I’m ever in the area I would definitely stop again.“
“Oh my gosh! I cannot wait to go back. I got the open faced roast sandwich plate with squash casserole and mashed potatoes with gravy. The squash was phenomenal!!! The roast beef was perfectly cooked. The mashed potatoes were a little garlicky for me- but I'm not a huge garlic fan. If you are, you'll love them. For appetizers, my friends got the BBQ wings and Pinecone, which is their version of the blooming onion. Easily some of the best wings I've ever had- top 3 for sure! The caramel cake melts in your mouth. Next time, I want to try the fried rib tips with sweet chili dipping sauce. I will absolutely, most definitely be back. And soon. Oh! And the service was great, too.“
“We stopped for lunch, and oh my goodness was I blown away! The staff was wonderful and friendly. Their service was impeccable. The perfect comfort food was to die for! The chicken pot pie was delicious, and the mac & cheese plus fried okra, were just what I had been craving! The coconut cake was mouth watering! I can’t wait to go back!!!“
“We really love this Waffle House. I have had so many Waffle Dates with my son here and are recognized each time we are there. They are all friendly, quick and clean. Can't beat the prices, it's always freshly cooked, it's as quick as a drive thru most of the time and it's always cooked right there in front for you to watch. We enjoy the atmosphere the most.Calvin rocks!Parking: There is enough parking and the lot is clean, without holes and well lit.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and they' lol even give them a paper WH hat if you want.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a WH like most I have ever been in before. “A local farm-to-table place to eat in Tifton. Normally we hit the chains, but got this recommendation from a person working at the hotel. Parking is tight, and the old house is authentic on the outside and cute on the inside. Our waitress offered my wife her jacked if she got cold. The Bourbon selection was pretty great and included EH Taylor Small Batch and Stagg (Jr.). The charcuterie plate was awesome with the best sausage and pimento cheese, the chicken fried NY Strip (you read that right) was second-to-none. Would 100% recommend for grown ups with good mobility and above-average parking skills. Not a kids place, and a bunch of stairs might be hard to navigate for some people.“
“This restaurant was scraping by on their health rating. Most waffle houses are clean and you rarely see a "B". This one was too at the time, but a 75 is a bit scary. But waffle houses are a favorite go to anywhere. I guess any place could get low marks if inspected at the wrong time of day. Bring back salads!“
“This location provided a nice southern comfort experience that you'd expect from Cracker Barrels nationwide. We have a tradition to always stop at a Cracker Barrel during road trips and this one was no different than the others: great all day breakfast, friendly faces and the attached store with random knick knacks and souveniers for the ride back home. We got up to wash our hands while waiting on our food and came back to a freshly wiped table (the busser thought we'd left) when we came back the manager was standing beside our table and let us know our drinks would be replaced and he wanted to be sure no one was seated in our space. I thought he was really proactive and personable of him.“
“The staff here is absolute amazing! I’m from 5 hours away, and had broken down in the city last night. After adventuring for a few hours, it got late and we headed for a little bite to eat while waiting for someone to pick us up. Waffle house was the obvious choice. Renee was hilarious and kept me laughing the whole time, while Melissa was probably the sweetest soul I have met! They made the service aspect absolutely amazing and really helped me feel better about my situation! As far as the food goes, hands down some of the best I’ve had. Brandon and Joey were super quick with our food, and it tasted great! Overall an amazing experience and I left with a crew of friends too!“

“You have got to go and give this place a try! Amazing food!!! We will definitely be back when we're in town in a few weeks! I got two thighs, slaw and baked beans. Let me tell you! All of it was amazing!!!!! I haven't had fried chicken that good in a long time! I had the homemade BBQ sauce and let me tell ya...ah-mazing!!!!!!!! My sister got the grilled chicken salad and loved the seasonings in the chicken! She said it was really well cooked too and tasted great! My husband got a hamburger and fries and said it was great! Mary O's son waited on us and is so very nice. Looking forward to getting some more of this hometown food!!!“
“I had heard so many great things about this place and finally decided to try it and WOW. This place is wonderful!! The food was absolutely amazing, I had the Longhorn Salmon with a side of French Onion Soup and Mac n Cheese. Goodness, they were delicious. Although expensive, it was totally worth it. I was given large portions and even if I had been given smaller portions, the food was so good I don't think I would've minded. The staff was stellar! My server was so sweet and attentive, I loved her so much! The seating arrangements were perfect! I had a party of six and we all fit comfortably. I loved the atmosphere so so much. It was all so cozy and warm, the decor was on theme and really pretty. Everything was super clean, especially the bathrooms. I absolutely recommend this place as I had an overall amazing experience. “Sam was my server last night and she was amazing.Dietary restrictions: I told Sam I had a allergic reaction to mushrooms and she was on top of it. She came out and told me the kitchen but mushrooms on my bourbon street chicken and shrimp and she had the kitchen re make it for me. I was so grateful to have a waitress do that for me.“
