“My family and I LOVE coming to eat here! Their pizza is INCREDIBLE and so is all their other foods. My children love going as all the staff is super friendly and helps us accommodate to our children’s needs. They’re also willing to help find the best options if you have a diet art restriction. They are usually pretty busy at all hours of operation but always kept clean and well put together. 10/10 recommend!“

“Stopped here on a rainy weekend afternoon, no other customers were in the restaurant. The order was taken by the cook and was cooked to perfection. It was nice to have the whole restaurant with no other customers. The bathroom was also very clean which was appreciated. The only thing I would change here is that the handicapped parking is the furthest spot from the door.
The get here, you have to go into the parking lot like you are going to Walmart. There are signs pointing to the restaurant but it's not right on the main drag.“

“If you come at night pls ask for Sierra. She is truly amazing. I love her personality, work ethic and her dedication to ensuring we leave with a smile. She is the only server I ask for when I come and will ONLY sit with her. The food is good and the drinks are cheap. Definitely one of my favorite places in Albany.“

“There is a lot of variety to choose from, as you would expect from any buffet. The buffet also has plenty of kid favorites for the children. The service is always very good and will provide you with anything that you may need. Also, this location has one of the best managers in the business operating! To top it off, the desert section has many different selections that make it hard to choose from at times.“

“The best Honey Baked Ham Cafe I have been to. You can fill out a card and check exactly every thing you want on your sandwich. When I order at another Honey Baked I have to tell the cashier what I want. Sometimes I forget something and other times the cashier misses one of the details. The ordering card reminds me of everything I want and also reminds me of all the other things I can get with my sandwich to make it a complete lunch. I take clients there often. It's real food, not processed.“

“On Friday August 14th 2026. Me and my daughter-in-law went into eat about 10:30 or 11:00 the place was packed. There was one cook the servers were doing a fantastic job and Chris the chef on duty. Was doing a great job. But there was one customer who got upset that it took his meal a little longer to get to him. And he started cussing at the employees. Mainly chris. And he was totally uncalled for. Christmas doing a fantastic job the server page was doing a fantastic job unfortunately I can't remember the other employees names. I come here very often. And I come here because of Chris the cook. He's very friendly he comes and chats with you he says hello he says goodbye. I know he's gotten a bad review from a certain person for this day. The gentleman must I want to complete temper tantrum like he was 4 years old. Instead of well into his 60s or 70s. It was a disgusting sight to see this man throwing a temper tantrum. So again. Chris was doing a fabulous job the server page was doing a great job. And so is everybody else there“

“I had a great time at IHOP! The food came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our server, Deondra, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. “Great food and service but was very loud the night we were there. Not much the staff could do as there was a very large party (about 20 people) seated close to us and they were having several conversations all at the same time...and very loudly.
I got the salmon with rice and a sweet potato. It was delicious! Our server was quick with refills and very apologetic about the noise level. The restaurant should have an option of a private room or something to keep parties that size in.
Always a good meal and good service though, so I'll be back for sure.“

“Not from the area but stopped to visit a different establishment in the mall, was about to leave until i saw this place & decided to get a little something 4 lunch & oh boy am i glad i did.
