“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.“

I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. “Good place, great choices, great grill. Biggest Problem is THE DEEP FRIED SUSHI, IS NEVER KEPT HOT OR CHANGED FREQUENTLY!

For the love of God, if you are deciding to open a buffet, that keeps hot sushi.... KEEP IT IN A WARM SECTION, OR CHANGE IT! Nobody likes cold deep fried sushi, and I have no idea why places like Crazy Buffet, or this place, think it's just fine to keep it like that. At the very least, instead of doing deep fried sushi because of Cost, make more cold or room temperature rolls to compensate for the variety and price.

“Came to eat with a friend and was very much rushed by my waitress, I think she must be kinda new. I was hurrying to go pay, since she was in such a hurry. When she brought our food out she told us that they closed 20 minutes ago and she was going to leave our ticket with us. They close at 9 or 9:20, and I understand the frustration, but we knew what we wanted and would be quick and we tip good. I will say, she didn’t get to see that because of her attitude.
Our food took forever bc there was a huge party sat right before us. So why rush us? I planned on never coming back here, but the sweetest waitress (I forgot her name, maybe keirstin? Blondish hair, sweet face) saved the day just asking how I’m doing. I will be back, and if I can remember her name I will be requesting her. The other one with red in her braids needs to take a class on guest service if she ever wants to make real money. You fake it til the guests are gone honey.“

“Overall experience was underwhelming, especially at this price point. It satisfied the ich for chargrilled oysters and seared tuna and I would probably go back if the craving hit again. Manage your expectations and prepare for that Market Price sticker shock.“

“Pack a good attitude and good energy - tax season plus lamb is back so there will probably be a bit of a wait. The cook on my LAMB (for two days in a row!) was 🤌🏾 almost perfect (I just added a bit of salt), Broccoli seasoned to perfection and not overcooked, Sweet potato hot and just right. Everything was hot and fresh! I received great service either a smile. I was pleased by my experience. I usually only visit when the lamb is back because I don’t eat beef so it was a real treat! “I was there today with a group of 27. Our waitress, Kristy, did an awesome job the entire time. She quickly got drink orders and got them out. She the then took the 27 orders. The kitchen did a great job helping get her orders orders correct and to us quickly. Kristy was very attentive to the group, pleasant , and all around great! Food was good!“
