“Susie and Sam's Steakhouse in Bainbridge, Georgia is an excellent place to dine. It's located in the old library at 200. W. Broughton St. The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. Susie and Sam both stopped by our table to check if we needed anything. Our server (Jada) was excellent also. Our appetizers were great along with the fresh salads and the main entrée was even more delicious. The price was about the same as those bigger chain steakhouses. It was our first time eating there but we will definitely be back. Call ahead to make reservations if you plan on going. We did for a party of 15 for my wife's birthday. Sam even came out to sing to her. You won't be disappointed at all when you go.“

“It was good food, BUT there wasn’t much left at 9:30am when we got there. If you are going to go get there early! The ladies were sweet and the tea was good.

Because a person likes to cram food in their mouths and talk, so I will. To get choked. Regulars act like animals. When the thought of a threat comes in their minds, they believe they're always the winner. Then they want to fight because the regular needed the person who was with me to clean up his lot for his trailer. For a price. An unbelievable way to display an education. In public.“

“Our little family just went in for our first time. We were in absolute heaven. I got the ribeye and this literally was the best steak I've ever had and im a steak girl, I've had my fair share. No sauce was even needed. Friendly and attentive staff. We all left so happy and full. Will definitely be back & ASAP.“

“As usual, the food was delicious. The poor rating for service was due to the associate taking drive-thru orders one after another after another while ignoring the customers standing right in her face. I even asked, "Are you going to take our order?" She continued to ignore us and kept taking drive-thru orders. This is NOT quality customer service.“
