“Oak smoke is spoken here.

What I saw first was a smokehouse next to a rack of oak. That's all I needed to know and pulled into the busy parking lot.

My suspicions were confirmed by a bunch of local license plates.
I'm in. I smoke, over oak, and I like it.
I'm traveling through and can't do that right now.

It's honest BBQ. Seasoned gently and smoked to perfection.

The pork and beef were perfect. I should have got more for later.

We'll be back to try the rest.

“Valentine date night. 2-14-24. We were seated, order taken. Food arrived. The food was exceptionally awesome. Delicious flavor and cooked to perfection. A huge shout out to the chef tonight. You need a raise dear. The waitress however, was a different story. We NEVER saw her again after she took our order. Never came back to check on us, never came back for drink refills, never even brought us a check before we left. We paid at the table and they automatically added a $14.00 gratuity to our bill. I certain want the cook to get that gratuity not the waitress!!!“

“Just want to say that the waitress Dawn Marie was outstanding. We stopped at the Longan’s Roadhouse Tifton Ga. and was kind of skeptical at first since several members of our party are on very strict dietary restrictions. Once they sat us down Dawn Marie brought another waitress over who had a special dietary items on it. We were all able to find items off of the “special” menu. In addition Dawn Marie made sure that everything came out like ordered and provided service above and beyond. The other waitress that helped also was very knowledgeable of how items were cooked and the ingredients used. Again they both were outstanding and an asset to making our stop enjoyable. We definitely will be going back to this restaurant in the future. Thank you Dawn Marie.“
