This is how you do BBQ.
The chicken was moist, juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection, with plenty of flavor and a nicely smoked exterior. No need to drown it in sauce when the meat is cooked this well.
The potato salad was creamy and flavorful, and the mac and cheese was rich, cheesy, and another winner. Everything on the tray delivered.
