Not busy. But, took 1/2 an hr for a cheeseburger and fries. Forever for a pumpkin pie.
I come here when I’m in a bad place between getting something to eat before work. The drive-through always seems to be broken. The food takes forever and a minute.
We were on our way to Florida. The rest area before the Tifton exit was closed. My friend and I stopped at the McDonald's to use bathroom and get breakfast. Veronica met us at the door and said the inside wasn't open due to staff shortage. She saw our distress and let us in to use bathroom. We happily drove through afterwards where a nice young lady Rachel said she was so sorry for the wait. These 2 young ladies went above and beyond to help us. They need to be rewarded!

McDonald's is a convenient option when choices are limited. However, some customers have noted issues with incorrect orders and poor service. Despite these concerns, the restaurant has its fans. Some customers appreciate the quick and friendly service, especially from staff like Alonzo, who is known for excellent customer service skills and maintaining a clean store. He has a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure that every customer has what they need, and many customers express their preference to visit when he is working.
On the other hand, some reviews highlight operational issues, such as long wait times at the drive-thru and lack of communication from staff. Although there may be challenges, the food quality at this location has received praise, with customers noting that it tastes better than at other McDonald's locations.
