“The coffee is great, and so is the food. the reason for 4 stars is its hit and miss on if your order is gonna correct. Today we got two browser bagels, I got only bottom pieces while my friend got the two top pieces. And they forgot the egg and cheese on hers, just the egg on mine. It was a little wild. My protein bowl is always on point, I just tried something new today.“

You said “don’t put the ice first, mix the white mocha first.” If you’re going to condescend us like that why don’t you come around the counter and make your own drink since you seem to know so much. Or better yet, why don’t you make your own coffee at home and leave us alone. I admit, the picture you posted is atrocious, but you could have easily mixed it yourself. If you went out of your way to make us look bad why have I seen you come back to the store. If it were me I wouldn’t come back to a store where I was unhappy with the product.“
